About

Rive Roshan, the Amsterdam-based duo of Ruben de la Rive Box (Netherlands, 1981) and Golnar Roshan (Australia, 1986), creates a unique fusion of art and design. Their collaborative practice harmonises material innovation with technical precision, resulting in evocative, sculptural works.

With a strong foundation from working at renowned design studios such as Tom Dixon, Marcel Wanders, and Tord Boontje, Rive Roshan has developed a holistic approach that melds cutting-edge scientific research with graphic, interior and product design to create sculptural art forms.

Known for their masterful use of materials, Rive Roshan’s works juxtapose cascading gradients of colour with intricate textures, balancing translucency and opacity to create deeply immersive experiences. Each piece reflects its environment, inviting viewers to experience a space anew.

Subverting the precision of production with the warmth of sensitive artistry, these artists create work that redefines form and function. Their vision pushes design to new heights, inspiring a bold and progressive future.
