A Personal Touch
For this project, we managed the complete public art collection for a branded residential complex—a series of upscale private residences with hotel-style management. This also entailed personalised commissions for individual apartment and penthouse owners.
A Legacy of Art History
To meet the clientele's discerning eye, the art collection drew on art history & Dubai's context. Monumental sculptures inspired by Henry Moore reveal piercing viewpoints of the skyline beyond.
Textured Details
The recognisable cracks of arid Arabian deserts undergo artistic metamorphosis through metallic materials, a play of subtle opulence in this bedroom's gold leaf feature wall.
The Urban Environment
Flowing into the lobby, Modernist inspired sculptures interpret the idea of man in the urban environment. Bespoke prints explore the idea of a city meeting the desert, referencing local topography.
Innovative Materials
Clean, minimalist lines are enhanced in the spa, where the artwork is created from woven metal wires. Sophisticated use of line is also on display in the lobby, where the textural felt work abstracts the palm leaves beyond the window.
A Sense of Calm
The Japanese interior designer incorporated references to traditional Zen gardens in interior courtyards. This is echoed in the nearby wood artwork, that explores raked lines in the sand.
Dynamic Curation
A key feature of the site are sweeping views of Dubai; majestic outdoor sculptures punctuate this experience, mirroring the rise of skyscrapers reflected in the water.
